Description

Teide Sunset Quad Trip – 3 Hours

The Teide Sunset Quad Tour is a fully guided, on-road quad bike adventure through some of Tenerife’s most spectacular mountain scenery, finishing with a sunset stop near Mount Teide, the highest peak in Spain.

This tour takes you through winding mountain roads, traditional villages, and dramatic volcanic landscapes as you climb towards Teide National Park, a UNESCO-listed natural area shaped by centuries of volcanic activity. The higher you go, the more dramatic the scenery becomes, with wide-open views across the island and, on clear days, views of neighbouring Canary Islands in the distance.

At around 2,000–2,400 metres above sea level, you’ll stop at a scenic viewpoint close to the volcano. Here, your guide will give you time to relax, take photos, and enjoy the unique near-lunar landscape created by past eruptions. As the sun sets over the Atlantic, the colours of the sky and volcanic terrain create a truly unforgettable atmosphere.

This is an on-road experience designed to be exciting but accessible, making it suitable for beginners and experienced drivers alike. No off-roading is involved.

Well worth it. Really enjoyed this trip. First went out to area to watch for whales and dolphins. We were lucky enough to see a few lone pilot whales but the highlight was a mother and calf that came through and surfaced twice. No dolphins but hey, this is mother nature, feel privileged to see what we did. Next off to a bay for a swim and snorkeling. There were fish around the boat but not a coral reef type, not spectacular but interesting. Food while not luxury was good, filling and plentiful. Drinks, soda and alcohol, on demand throughout. The guide was informative, friendly, caring when one youngster got sea sick and slightly eccentric in a good way. One of the highlights was him stood at the rear of the of the boat, arms in the air with a piece of chicken in each hand and all the local gulls swooping in to be feed. Laughed too much to get a photo sorry. Definitely well worth taking this trip.

Pushchair hire We visited today and met Patricia. Although she was unable to help with what we wanted (pushchair hire) she was incredibly helpful and made sure we walked away with contact numbers in order to get hold of a pushchair. All in all she was very helpful and will definitely be back to book some excursions with her.

Top excusions, great prices Were given a recommendation for this company and didnt realise we were already following via facebook and tiktok We dealt with Sarah who was very patient and couldnt do enough for us, she recommended some trips and we decided on the 3 hour off road buggy/Tiede tour a buggy for 6 not for the faint hearted but really enjoyed it. We also decided on a private charter excursion on the Galatea boat, when we arrived for a PM sailing some customers were coming off excursions saying how bad the sea was and everyone sea sick, the Captain of the Galatea came and spoke to us and gave us 3 options, go out (wont be enjoyable) postpone or cancel with a full refund. Luckily for us we were here for 2 weeks so we opted to try again the following week im so glad we did, it did not disapoint! The captain was helpful, informative - Soft drinks, water, beer and wine all included along with a tray of sandwiches crisps, snacks and sweets for the kids. We were lucky enough to see some whales and got a chance to do some snorkeling, well worth the money with the added bonus of it being "exclusive" to our family of 6 We also booked jet-ski and parasending with Sarah - no issues Would highly recommend and if was to return to Tenerife would defo use again :)

I booked two trips with first excursions tenerife. A boat trip to see whales and dolphins and kayaking to see dolphins and turtles both trip where fantastic well organised and excellently ran events. Daniel is friendly, professional and very honest. He pointed out that seeing the wildlife was not a guarantee. Thankfully he was wrong, both trips delivered on the dolphins, whales and turtles. I can't recommend Frist Excursions Tenerife and his advice and trips highly enough. 10/10 to Daniel and his team.
