Puerto de la cruz is one of the oldest cities in Tenerife, it preserves intact its Canarian-style facades and the charm of old streets where you can immerse yourself in the colonial past of the island. They will enjoy its famous promenade, the “Lago Martiánez”, the botanical garden (not included in the price) or the Plaza del Charco. Ideal place also to do your shopping.

In Puerto de la Cruz, we will have time for lunch (not included in the price) .

Finally, we will head south on the highway back to your hotel.

Amazing Met Dan, and he set us up perfectly for the stargazing, a boat trip on the on the largest rib in the world and the jungle park. Everything lived up to what he said it would be! My misses loved everything we did. He was very knowledgeable about the traveling and the weather plus he helped with us pick the perfect trips as it was special time for us. “We’ve absolutely loved it” We booked around 4 excursions through Tenerife first. They was super quick at replying via their WhatsApp and every single excursion went off without a hitch. All times, locations, QR Codes, Bus rides it was all sorted through Tenerife first. The process has been very straight forward and hassle free and when you’re on holiday that’s exactly what you want. We also did a Stargazing small group excursion which was lead by Ben Simington. We done all the main attractions in Tenerife and can honestly say this was the highlight of our Holiday. Ben ensured we was catered for with dietary requirements and his knowledge on astronomy and Tenerife in general is second to none, a fantastic evening/night we even got to see Saturn with its Ring! We also done a dolphin and whale boat trip with Danny, again very informative on the ocean and was a brilliant skipper. We wholeheartedly recommend both Tenerife First, Ben and Danny to anyone who heads to Tenerife and we will for sure be using again in the future! Fantastic experience & great staff Highly recommend this trip, as friends or especially as a couple! The King brothers were so friendly & informative about the volcano and sights. The quads are so fun & easy to drive. Emily was also fantastic & went over and above her call of duty to ensure my sister & I had a great experience. The views are stunning! Wear something super warm though as it’s freezing the higher up the mountain you go!

Patricia is the best ❣️ Amazing trip boat was a little crowded and tight for seats but we were able to secure a bed which cost an extra €15 per bed! Ham and cheese rolls also were included and were nice all round we really enjoyed our trip and would recommend would also recommend some motion sickness remedies the sea was quite rough and many people were sick We booked with Patricia and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us with our decision and even went out of her way to meet me with the tickets ❤️🙏 Thank you so so much you are why are experience as a big group was so enjoyable and am I would book with you for future trips🫶

Superb people with great knowledge We booked our trip to Tenerife and so followed a few people on social media to get the low down of things to do and places to go and these guys kept popping up so I had to use them for our tours. We stayed in Los Christianos so that was the office we used. I must say I wasn’t disappointed. They look after you at all times. Their knowledge is superb and Mark, Dan, Sarah, Dominika and Patricia are a great bunch of people. Any issues we had (which were few and far between), they helped us to sort it out. Half our our holiday budget was probably spent with these guys and I will use again in future no doubt. A shame Mattie couldn’t pop over for a photo but…….I absolutely love it!!! Collected all business cards so maybe that’ll be a new trend when I get a chance to make a TIK TOK video 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Sure you guys know who I am by now 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Keep up the good work and I’ll see you guys again soon

First Class! Before our holiday to Tenerife me and my girlfriend discussed the excursions we wanted to experience to which jet ski-ing and quad biking. Having looked around we came across Tenerife First Excursions. The price deal Sarah managed to offer was non-refuse able, we were given what we was promised and through out the duration of the holiday Sarah was able to sort out any further enquires we had. If you are contemplating whether to book the sunset quad biking tour, book it! I honestly cannot recommend it enough, the staff are the loveliest people and the entire tour was beyond my wildest dreams.Hassle free and so enjoyable from start to finish, I would book this tour again in a heartbeat!The pick up was so simple, got a phone call saying they were outside and we hopped on in :) drove us up to the base camp where we were fitted with our jackets and helmets and given gloves as well which weren't needed on this trip but very handy to have nevertheless! Driven around the corner and assigned to a quad bike and off we went!!The views on the way up were phenomenal, there are multiple stops along the way to take photos and have a drink if you need to. Daniel was our driver but also our photographer! The photos he took were incredible and you can purchase them at the end for only €20! Considering you get 200-300 photos as well and they were such high quality it was amazing and a really lovely way to end the trip! What you get is worth so much more than what they charge and I quite happily would have payed doubled for the experience we had, it has exceeded every expectation I had!Lee was our guide who explained everything about the volcanoes etc and he was brilliant! Cannot speak highly enough of him, lovely guy and so so knowledgeable. The stops on the way up had all of the photos taken professionally by Daniel and all of the sites explained by Lee. They were both amazing guys who really seem to love the job which honestly makes all the difference as the love for it really rubs off onto everyone else!After the few stops on the way up we had an amazing view of the sunset and mount tiede in the background. You can take the most amazing photos up here and you are given some biscuits and hot chocolate/cava before heading back down again.Honestly 10000000/10 experience, absolutley phenomenal. Book it if you haven't already!!
