    Thanks to Lisafey for booking our trips and the good advice.Really enjoyed the jetski, boat trip and bus tour.The bus tour is a long day and tiring, but worth it to see some beautiful places on the island and to get a better understanding of Tenerife (also glad I wasn't driving on the narrow winding roads up and down the mountains!)

    Whale of a time I am writing this review on behalf of our granddaughter and her friend. We paid for this boat trip for her birthday. We brought the trip though tenerife first excursions a lovely helpful lady called Lisa Fay. We booked the trip on our last visit. Also booked a jet ski and Siam park .which my granddaughter will do on our next visit in 3 weeks time.
    The boat trip was amazing only 15 people on board. The guys who ran it were lovely and look after all the people on the boat. Carva,
    beer,juice and water plus chicken legs, Canarian potatoes ,bread, rice and more all included. They also saw a family of whales and the seagulls following the boat being fed by the crew. They stopped for a swim by a beach, and snorkels were provided if you wished to use them. All in all for the price a fabulous 3 hours.

    Only book with this company We booked all our excursions with these guys after watching their YouTube page before we came on holiday! Would not book with anyone other than these, they couldn’t be any more helpful welcoming polite and genuine if they all tried! Thank you for helping to make our holiday so memorable!

    Smooth booking experience with knowledgeable staff! We were enjoying a drink at chill box in PDLA when we saw Tenerife First Excursions next door. Before we went on holiday we knew we wanted to use this company after seeing videos online and all the great feedback they had. We were more determined to use them after we checked into our hotel and the receptionist told us to be aware of a lot of ‘scam’ excursion companies out there. We started speaking to Lorena and she asked if we had any trips planned. We wanted to go to Loro Parque but with it being the other side of the island we weren’t sure how to get there. We looked on our TUI excursions and it said you have to make your own way there and it was ticket price only, so we almost gave it a miss. When we spoke to Lorena she informed me that she could book transfers for us for only €20.50pp. Which is minimal compared to what the taxi fare would of been to go to the other side of the island. I went into the office, booked the excursion all within around 5/10 mins. She printed off all of our tickets and sent a digital version to my phone incase I lost the paper. She then circled on the map where our pick up point was for the transfer and gave me it so we knew exactly where to go. All in all it was just such an easy and smooth experience and will 100% only use Tenerife First Excursions when we go back one day. Loro Parque was amazing as well by the way and definitely worth the 1.5 hour transfer 100000%.

    Definitely the place to buy excursions Ross, in Los Cristianos, is a star! He knows his stuff and made booking the trip a breeze. He responds to WhatsApp messages extremely quickly and is super helpful. He also made several restaurant and bar recommendations. He is a real credit to the company.We loved our star gazing on Mount Teide. Thanks, Ross.

    Absolutely amazing team, definitely recommend if you’re wanting to go on some excursions or do the water and animal parks while in Tenerife. Stress free go and book with Tenerife First Excursions, they give you all the details pay and then they sort everything out for you from their you just turn up. Had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Kim who was so welcoming and gave us all the information we needed when we told her what we was looking to do. Competitive prices compared to all the others you see and they definitely only work along side the best companies. We booked Jet skiing, Siam park and the monkey park. Even better that Siam park and the monkey park are open tickets so you can use them on whichever day you decide no deciding beforehand. When we’re back in Tenerife (which we will be as it’s our favourite destination) will definitely go back and book with any of the team as they are brilliant. Thank you to all the team but as I say especially Kim who we saw at booking.

    Fantastic friendly and informative service We came across Matty and Ross at the booking kiosk on our first day, they were full of information on places we could visit during our holiday.Pointing us in the right direction of which water park to visit for the ages of our children, we opted for 2 park ticket for Aqualand & Jungle Park.We Also went on Peter Pan Whale watching tour, we were originally thinking to do this in the afternoon but Ross said you were most Likey to see whales on the earlier tour so we took his advice and went at 10am….so glad we did! What an amazing experience! Thanks lads for your help…we will book again soon!
