Smooth booking experience with knowledgeable staff! We were enjoying a drink at chill box in PDLA when we saw Tenerife First Excursions next door. Before we went on holiday we knew we wanted to use this company after seeing videos online and all the great feedback they had. We were more determined to use them after we checked into our hotel and the receptionist told us to be aware of a lot of ‘scam’ excursion companies out there. We started speaking to Lorena and she asked if we had any trips planned. We wanted to go to Loro Parque but with it being the other side of the island we weren’t sure how to get there. We looked on our TUI excursions and it said you have to make your own way there and it was ticket price only, so we almost gave it a miss. When we spoke to Lorena she informed me that she could book transfers for us for only €20.50pp. Which is minimal compared to what the taxi fare would of been to go to the other side of the island. I went into the office, booked the excursion all within around 5/10 mins. She printed off all of our tickets and sent a digital version to my phone incase I lost the paper. She then circled on the map where our pick up point was for the transfer and gave me it so we knew exactly where to go. All in all it was just such an easy and smooth experience and will 100% only use Tenerife First Excursions when we go back one day. Loro Parque was amazing as well by the way and definitely worth the 1.5 hour transfer 100000%.

Excellent customer service would definitely recommend . We booked 3 excursions with Kim who was lovely and very helpful.

We booked a helicopter ride that was amazing best thing I have ever done well worth it . On the morning that we was due to go we was unable to get a taxi as all held up due to a accident on the motorway called up and mattie answered and offer to come and collect us and take us there so we didn’t missed ……… excellent customer service.

We also did Siam park and a boat trip which both was really good and at a really good price

Will definitely be back to book again when next on the island

Family holiday made magical from start to finish! Beginning with the customer service from the lovely Laura at Tenerife First. With 2 young children she couldn’t have been more helpful with suitable trips for us to take as a family! We opted for Loro Parque and Siam Park twin tickets and were also provided with transfers to Loro Parque. Both days out were enjoyed by the whole family and the transfers to/from the parks were comfortable and punctual. I will be sure to recommend this company and these excursions to friends and family!

10/10 We popped into the shop in Costa adeje and Lisa Fay is the one who dealt with us, it was our first time in there and I would highly recommend popping in she was amazing, welcoming and gave us the best advice on where to go. Travelling as a young couple she made us feel so safe and let us know if we need anything we could go to her I will definitely be using this place to book activities again highly recommend

If you are contemplating whether to book the sunset quad biking tour, book it! I honestly cannot recommend it enough, the staff are the loveliest people and the entire tour was beyond my wildest dreams.Hassle free and so enjoyable from start to finish, I would book this tour again in a heartbeat!The pick up was so simple, got a phone call saying they were outside and we hopped on in :) drove us up to the base camp where we were fitted with our jackets and helmets and given gloves as well which weren't needed on this trip but very handy to have nevertheless! Driven around the corner and assigned to a quad bike and off we went!!The views on the way up were phenomenal, there are multiple stops along the way to take photos and have a drink if you need to. Daniel was our driver but also our photographer! The photos he took were incredible and you can purchase them at the end for only €20! Considering you get 200-300 photos as well and they were such high quality it was amazing and a really lovely way to end the trip! What you get is worth so much more than what they charge and I quite happily would have payed doubled for the experience we had, it has exceeded every expectation I had!Lee was our guide who explained everything about the volcanoes etc and he was brilliant! Cannot speak highly enough of him, lovely guy and so so knowledgeable. The stops on the way up had all of the photos taken professionally by Daniel and all of the sites explained by Lee. They were both amazing guys who really seem to love the job which honestly makes all the difference as the love for it really rubs off onto everyone else!After the few stops on the way up we had an amazing view of the sunset and mount tiede in the background. You can take the most amazing photos up here and you are given some biscuits and hot chocolate/cava before heading back down again.Honestly 10000000/10 experience, absolutley phenomenal. Book it if you haven't already!!
