3h whale watching excursion with pick up from Los Cristianos.Unfortunately, my wife was taken ill the morning of our trip, and at very short notice we had to cancel. Rescheduling I thought would be almost impossible at such short notice, so I understood/expected we would lose the money paid out for the trip, or so I thought…. I would like to say a massive thank you to Sahar, who is an absolute star, and after much effort on her part actually managed to rearrange the trip for later in the week. We really appreciate Sahar’s help, total respect.The whale watching trip was fun and amazing, many a spotted dolphin and pilot whale were seen. All in all, a very professional service from start to finish. My thanks to everyone involved.

amazing crazy fun on the waves Have to give Lisa a massive thank you for sorting out our jet ski experience, my friend Michelle had a total blast along with myself and the wife, to say it was fun would not be enough, it was excellent and the speed of the jet skis was amazing, i would deff recomend going to see lisa for all your excursions and the service is tip top, next trip for us is when our friend is back over on the rock,again thank you lisafayjason and michelle xx

Fabrizio makes this trip what it is. You take a unique and glamorous looking boat and add a unique and flamboyant host and you have a unique winning combination. The trip is well thought out and well structured.We were well looked after by the perfect host.You have the glamourous departure and cavaYou watch for whalesYou moor up for lunch and swimming in a pretty bayYou go back with nice music playing not too loud with lovely views of the coastlineIt is a slick operation and probably the best boat trip I have ever been on.

Service above and beyond As Daniel helped keep us sane through lockdown I thought it only fair to book my excursions with TFE. I am severely sight impaired so my options for excursions is a little limited but Mike in the LC branch went above and beyond to make sure my trips were the best experiance possible - checking and rechecking the best possible date for the Tiede by night trip so I could see as many stars as possible and sorting a most excellent jeep safari to Tiede and Masca. The level of service you get from TFE is second to none and I would never even think of using anyone else for my excursions. Thanks a million, guys ans Keep it Country!
