Discover Tenerife’s most breathtaking landscapes in one unforgettable day. From volcanic craters to historic villages and iconic natural landmarks, this tour brings the island’s highlights to life.
At the appointed time, we’ll depart from southern Tenerife and travel across the island to the spectacular Cañadas del Teide National Park. Here, you’ll be amazed by volcanic, almost lunar landscapes surrounding Spain’s highest peak: Mount Teide, rising 3,718 meters above sea level. Along the way, we’ll admire the famous natural rock formations of Roques de García—famously featured on old 1,000 peseta notes.
The tour continues through the Santiago del Teide municipality toward Masca. This mountainous village is full of legends about pirates who supposedly hid treasure in the surrounding ravines. Next, we visit the charming town of Garachico, known for its volcanic natural pools and beautifully preserved Canarian architecture.
You’ll then have free time for lunch at your own expense in the area. Afterward, we head to the nearby Icod de los Vinos to see the iconic Millennial Dragon Tree, a botanical symbol of Tenerife steeped in history and legend.
Finally, we return to southern Tenerife, completing a full-day excursion of approximately 8–9 hours.
