    Smooth booking experience with knowledgeable staff! We were enjoying a drink at chill box in PDLA when we saw Tenerife First Excursions next door. Before we went on holiday we knew we wanted to use this company after seeing videos online and all the great feedback they had. We were more determined to use them after we checked into our hotel and the receptionist told us to be aware of a lot of ‘scam’ excursion companies out there. We started speaking to Lorena and she asked if we had any trips planned. We wanted to go to Loro Parque but with it being the other side of the island we weren’t sure how to get there. We looked on our TUI excursions and it said you have to make your own way there and it was ticket price only, so we almost gave it a miss. When we spoke to Lorena she informed me that she could book transfers for us for only €20.50pp. Which is minimal compared to what the taxi fare would of been to go to the other side of the island. I went into the office, booked the excursion all within around 5/10 mins. She printed off all of our tickets and sent a digital version to my phone incase I lost the paper. She then circled on the map where our pick up point was for the transfer and gave me it so we knew exactly where to go. All in all it was just such an easy and smooth experience and will 100% only use Tenerife First Excursions when we go back one day. Loro Parque was amazing as well by the way and definitely worth the 1.5 hour transfer 100000%.

    The best place and people to book with! We booked the sunset quad tour, dolphin and whale boat tour and then Siam park all inclusive. To say this was the best trip of my life was an understatement. Big thank you to Dan for his help with all the booking and giving us the best deals, advice and his genuine interest in providing the best service he could. Siam park was unbelievable and cannot recommended the all inclusive pass enough. The food, drink, lockers and unlimited fast pass for the slides was the handiest thing ever and ensured we got all the slides we wanted done multiple times. The quad tour was out of this world. Thank you to Lee and Emily both of you made the tour that much better. Emily collected us from the hotel and drove us to the quads, we were then suited up and began the tour. Emily was the photographer and was top class. Lee is just a legend. Both of you adore your jobs and it’s clear to see. Lee had the timing down to a tee for the sunset etc. We had drinks, hot chocolate and local biscuits as the sun went down. When we returned we were given the option to purchase the pictures for 20€ there was a total of 670 pictures taken for the group so it was the easiest yes. Emily then brought us back to our hotel which was included in the package. Lastly we went on the 3 hour boat tour. We booked a catamaran. This was another unreal trip where we saw sea turtles and pilot whales with a swim stop by a cove, food and drinks included also. The staff were brilliant and very friendly. Thanks to everyone involved for making this trip so special and enjoyable. Worth every penny. If you want to do anything in Tenerife book with Tenerife first excursions!!

    Made our holiday The most amazing experience. Pick up was easy and on time, you then drive to the restaurant. Food is incredibly basic but you don’t go to an excursion like this for food. We then went up into the national parks before sunset to enjoy a glass of cava and take pictures above the cloud line. From there, we went up further to observe the night sky- no spoilers. Incredible experience, the best thing we did this holiday. The guys are so knowledgeable, answer any of your questions, and help you see through the telescopes. You can tell they are so passionate about their jobs, it is their hobby too. Don’t hesitate. Book this if you’re in Tenerife.

    Fantastic excursión company. Absolute first class service provided by this company. Dolphin and whale watching excursion on a beautiful yacht skippered by a friendly and knowledgable skipper. Food and drink included and all for a fantastic price. A brilliant birthday surprise for my mum who loved every second and will definitely be using Tenerife First Excursions again…Thank you!! 😁
