Fantastic Customer Service! We came across an issue whilst on the island (which wasn’t the fault of the business or owner). The owner reached out and was not only professional but very welcoming. He was able to put us at ease and ensure that our remaining time on the island was enjoyed. Amazing We booked 4 trips with Lisa Fay and she was so helpful! We booked the 3 hour buggy ride up the volcano with tapas and wine tasting. We booked Loro park and Siam park and we also booked the 3 hour Catamaran trip. Lisa was so helpful and informative about all of the trips we had to offer and she also allowed us time to think about what we wanted to do, she gave us leaflets to have a look at so that we could go back the next day and book all of the trips with her. All 4 of the trips were incredible and stress free after booking with Tenerife first excursions. Thankyou very much Lisa.

Sunset, stars & moon! Booked from the UK over Facebook with Ross, communication was brilliant and the booking system was very efficient. Great experience would highly recommend. The meal was very basic and not really a 3 course it was just a bread roll, chicken or fish with rice and potatoes then a small portion of a dessert. The kids loved their homemade chicken nuggets though but make sure you request them as soon as you arrive! (Take snacks for younger children).The tour was brilliant and the tour guide really know their stuff! We were so glad we decided to do this trip as it’s something we will remember forever! 1st Class Service We stayed in Los Cristianos in march, we came across Tenerife Frist and booked 2 excursions with Mark he couldn't of been more helpful for us. We went on half a day trip around Mount Teide & Freebird boat trip. Both trips where amazing, we were lucky enough to have the pick up outside our hotel. Coaches on time and Clean. We will be going back to Mark to book again if we head back to Los Cristianos. Thanks for helping us :)

Brilliant service and amazing staff Can’t recommend this company enough. We went it to book a boat excursion to see the whales, we were greeted by Lisa who sat us down and went through all of our options. Initially we were looking at a catamaran but after Lisa showed us an alternative smaller boat (Opera 60) we opted for that. She clearly explained the benefits of this against the larger boats. The trip we had was amazing, the boat, staff, food were more than we expected and to top it all off we saw the whales, and lots of the too. I’m really happy with TFE and the recommendation Lisa gave us, I can’t fault her or the company at all. We even went back the next day as I wanted to thank her personally but she was off work so I went back a couple days later and caught her to say thanks. I know there are a lot of excursion company’s around in the resorts but this one stands head and shoulders above them all. Check them out - you won’t be disappointed, that’s a guarantee.
