    Fantastic customer service We had the best experience booking! The customer service was amazing, Lisa Fay was so friendly and knowledgable! We came away with lots of excursions booked all at a great price. This was all in their new location in Las Américas…we’ll certainly be back (especially when Chill Box opens next door) Xx

    Top excusions, great prices Were given a recommendation for this company and didnt realise we were already following via facebook and tiktok We dealt with Sarah who was very patient and couldnt do enough for us, she recommended some trips and we decided on the 3 hour off road buggy/Tiede tour a buggy for 6 not for the faint hearted but really enjoyed it. We also decided on a private charter excursion on the Galatea boat, when we arrived for a PM sailing some customers were coming off excursions saying how bad the sea was and everyone sea sick, the Captain of the Galatea came and spoke to us and gave us 3 options, go out (wont be enjoyable) postpone or cancel with a full refund. Luckily for us we were here for 2 weeks so we opted to try again the following week im so glad we did, it did not disapoint! The captain was helpful, informative - Soft drinks, water, beer and wine all included along with a tray of sandwiches crisps, snacks and sweets for the kids. We were lucky enough to see some whales and got a chance to do some snorkeling, well worth the money with the added bonus of it being "exclusive" to our family of 6 We also booked jet-ski and parasending with Sarah - no issues Would highly recommend and if was to return to Tenerife would defo use again :)

    Lisa Fay Best Customer Representative For Excursions I can highly recommend Teneriffe First Excursions but would like to highlight their customer service representative Lisa Fay! Teneriffe is packed with various companies trying to sell you excursion packages on the street so we spoke to quite a few whilst walking around, but stopped when Lisa started speaking to us. From the initial introduction of what they have to offer to us making payment of the boat we decided to rent we felt comfortable throughout the process. No hard sales tactics but extremely informative, slight negotiation but definitely to our benefit in comparison to others, extremely professional but fun at the same time. If I ever go back I would definitely contact Lisa again and recommend anyone looking to book a boat ride, volcano tour, quad or buggy rally etc with her. Five stars throughout ***** Thank you from us again

    We booked all our our excursions in advance online via Tenerife first excursions and it was super simple! Communication was great and it was made clear where we needed to be for meet / pick up locations and times etc! We particularly enjoyed the catamaran whale/dolphin watching and of course you can’t miss out on Siam park!However, the highlight has to be ‘small group stargazing in Mt Teide with Ben’ at Active Tenerife as not only was the evening incredible, watching the sunset and enjoying the local food Ben had bought with him, his knowledge, friendliness and humour was what truly made this our favourite excursion! His passion for what he does shines through and he had us captivated the entire evening with the history of Tenerife, the moon, sun, stars and how this all impacts our day to day life here on earth - also we got some really cool pictures under the stars included.Ben is by far the best guide and host we have ever encountered in all our years of travelling / excursions - it was a real pleasure to meet him and I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone … even if stargazing isn’t your usual thing (it’s not ours) but we learnt so much and also got to take in some breathtaking views! 10/10 experience - Thank you to Tenerife first and Ben for making our holiday so magical 💫
