    Smooth booking experience with knowledgeable staff! We were enjoying a drink at chill box in PDLA when we saw Tenerife First Excursions next door. Before we went on holiday we knew we wanted to use this company after seeing videos online and all the great feedback they had. We were more determined to use them after we checked into our hotel and the receptionist told us to be aware of a lot of ‘scam’ excursion companies out there. We started speaking to Lorena and she asked if we had any trips planned. We wanted to go to Loro Parque but with it being the other side of the island we weren’t sure how to get there. We looked on our TUI excursions and it said you have to make your own way there and it was ticket price only, so we almost gave it a miss. When we spoke to Lorena she informed me that she could book transfers for us for only €20.50pp. Which is minimal compared to what the taxi fare would of been to go to the other side of the island. I went into the office, booked the excursion all within around 5/10 mins. She printed off all of our tickets and sent a digital version to my phone incase I lost the paper. She then circled on the map where our pick up point was for the transfer and gave me it so we knew exactly where to go. All in all it was just such an easy and smooth experience and will 100% only use Tenerife First Excursions when we go back one day. Loro Parque was amazing as well by the way and definitely worth the 1.5 hour transfer 100000%.

    Good few hours out Wasn’t what I expected for the price as I’ve paid less and got more value for money but the driver (captain?) not sure what you call them lol, was very nice. The drinks were cheap sodas, didn’t eat the sandwich. We did spot 2 dolphins on the way back, and saw a few turtles. The stop off to jump in the sea was fun and a good snorkelling opportunity. The sun spot on front was lovely. It was very clean and overall a great experience I think the only let down was the food and drink but I suppose it wasn’t a long enough trip to expect more. Would definitely recommend for couples

    Très bonne expérience Je recommande vivement cette expérience ! Daniel et ses collègues étaient très sympathiques. Nous avons eu plein d’informations sur l’histoire des volcans et de l’île avec des touches d’humour. Les quads étaient amusants et pas difficiles à conduire. Les vues sont superbes, Daniel nous a fait de magnifiques photos du paysage et de couple.

    The go to place to book your excursions Big shout out to mattie and Mike, managed to accommodate for 13 lads on a stag.We booked two different go kart track sessionsSiam park1 hour jet ski session2 hour buggy rides Great fun all activities and made the stag. Very easy to talk to and group discounts, had an issue that mattie sorted with no quibbles and even took time out of his day off to sort it, greatly appreciated and will 100% come back to these guys next time any of us are over here !!!

    Went to Tenerife first excursions this morning and booked 3 excursions with Kim who works for Daniel a youtuber I follow what can I say couldn’t of met a nicer group to deal with I highly recommend booking with this genuine irish owned company and if you love Tenerife please follow @thecraicmaster on YouTube we will be back he runs such a great business

    Booked a boat trip with Kim from Tenerife First Excursions great friendly service Kim explained all the different trips so could pick one that was just right for us fantastic experience we got to see the whales and sea turtle ❤️ Would recommended to anyone and Kim sorted us a great deal!     Very Very Happy Customer Honestly without a doubt the best experience I have had ever in my life! It was truly mesmerising being above the clouds for sunset! Thankyou to the whole team starting with social media as I would have never known about it unless I seen the tik tok account! And also with the girls for the booking process very seamless! One very very happy customer here! Customer service is what is key and you guys have smashed it!! Highly highly reccomend the guys but most of all the sunset tour it will not disappoint I promise!
