    Amazing I would just like to say thank you so much to Kim and Daniel for looking after myself and my boyfriend with all our excursions. They were so helpful with every excursion and don't make you feel like you had to book with then I wouldn't go any where else only to then and every time we past by the shop Kim would always remember us .     Awesome can’t recommend enough! Booked all of our excursions through LisaFay who was absolutely amazing. We booked Siam Park, the jet cars, the sunset quad trip and she chucked in free monkey park tickets which was brilliant as we was planning on going anyway! Can’t thank Lisa and the team enough we lost our tickets and she was amazing reassuring us that we could still complete the excursions and assured us that the tour providers were aware we would have photos of the tickets rather than the physical ticket. The sunset quad tour was absolutely breathtaking, we got picked up from our hotel fully safety briefed on driving the quads which was really helpful as we were both a little anxious due to never driving one before. As we drove up towards mount Teidi we stopped off at various different view points and were given water and snacks and then non-alcoholic Prosecco to watch the sunset. The guys that took us up who worked for Tenerife first quads were awesome giving us facts about the surroundings as we stopped. Can’t recommend this excursion enough to anyone visiting Tenerife. Thank you so much to the team at Tenerife first excursions enough for being so brilliant and will 1000 percent use them the next time we visit Tenerife!

    We booked a Boom Trike trip with Tenerife First Excursions in November 2021. Boom Trikes took us on a coastal run to Los Gigantes and inland into the mountains where we had wonderful views towards la Gomera and across to Tiede. We went to places we wouldn’t normally go made even better on the Boom trike bike. Would recommend this trip for the views and excitement of the bike. Take a jacket though! We booked through Kim at Tenerife First Excursions who arranged pick up from our Appartments. Kim was so helpful and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks Kim. 👍👍

    We booked all our our excursions in advance online via Tenerife first excursions and it was super simple! Communication was great and it was made clear where we needed to be for meet / pick up locations and times etc! We particularly enjoyed the catamaran whale/dolphin watching and of course you can’t miss out on Siam park!However, the highlight has to be ‘small group stargazing in Mt Teide with Ben’ at Active Tenerife as not only was the evening incredible, watching the sunset and enjoying the local food Ben had bought with him, his knowledge, friendliness and humour was what truly made this our favourite excursion! His passion for what he does shines through and he had us captivated the entire evening with the history of Tenerife, the moon, sun, stars and how this all impacts our day to day life here on earth - also we got some really cool pictures under the stars included.Ben is by far the best guide and host we have ever encountered in all our years of travelling / excursions - it was a real pleasure to meet him and I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone … even if stargazing isn’t your usual thing (it’s not ours) but we learnt so much and also got to take in some breathtaking views! 10/10 experience - Thank you to Tenerife first and Ben for making our holiday so magical 💫

    Libby Sailing Boat Private Charter We booked a private charter on the new libby sailing boat with Lisafay and we couldn’t have been happier, 3 hours sailing around seeing dolphins, turtles and pilot whales. Our captain then took us off to a little cove where we went snorkelling and paddle boarding! Thanks to Lisafay for sorting this trip for us after a stressful day of being messed around trying to hire a boat at short notice!

    TFE and the night sky What an amazing experience. This was my second time and was every bit as good as the first. The guys are so knowledgeable and informative, you learn so much. I must do a shout out to Kim from Tenerife First Excursions who organised this for us, she is soo friendly, helpful and really knows her beautiful island and surrounding areas. We have booked a number of excursions during our visits to Tenerife and can always rely on Kim and TFE to find us amazing experiences at a great price.

    Fantastic friendly and informative service We came across Matty and Ross at the booking kiosk on our first day, they were full of information on places we could visit during our holiday.Pointing us in the right direction of which water park to visit for the ages of our children, we opted for 2 park ticket for Aqualand & Jungle Park.We Also went on Peter Pan Whale watching tour, we were originally thinking to do this in the afternoon but Ross said you were most Likey to see whales on the earlier tour so we took his advice and went at 10am….so glad we did! What an amazing experience! Thanks lads for your help…we will book again soon!
