Brilliant service and amazing staff Can’t recommend this company enough. We went it to book a boat excursion to see the whales, we were greeted by Lisa who sat us down and went through all of our options. Initially we were looking at a catamaran but after Lisa showed us an alternative smaller boat (Opera 60) we opted for that. She clearly explained the benefits of this against the larger boats. The trip we had was amazing, the boat, staff, food were more than we expected and to top it all off we saw the whales, and lots of the too. I’m really happy with TFE and the recommendation Lisa gave us, I can’t fault her or the company at all. We even went back the next day as I wanted to thank her personally but she was off work so I went back a couple days later and caught her to say thanks. I know there are a lot of excursion company’s around in the resorts but this one stands head and shoulders above them all. Check them out - you won’t be disappointed, that’s a guarantee.

Fabrizio makes this trip what it is. You take a unique and glamorous looking boat and add a unique and flamboyant host and you have a unique winning combination. The trip is well thought out and well structured.We were well looked after by the perfect host.You have the glamourous departure and cavaYou watch for whalesYou moor up for lunch and swimming in a pretty bayYou go back with nice music playing not too loud with lovely views of the coastlineIt is a slick operation and probably the best boat trip I have ever been on.

Amazing very friendly and polite Amazing, nice boat and managed to see some whales which was well cool, we then stopped for a swim and the sea was full of different fish which was nice to see. The captain was very friendly and funny. Met Daniel and The MacMaster on a very windy December morning as they were on route for breakfast and ourselves to meet Kim. What a friendly bunch of people made us feel so welcome.
Had a great chat with Kim who is very professional and certainly went out her way to help us. We booked the sunset tour with the star gazing for my 40+2 birthday on the Friday. what an experience. When we come back to Tenerife we will certainly be back for a catch up and rebook it again. Definitely a trip to do. I won’t give any spoilers on it but get it booked up.

We live here and had family over from France and booked a boat trip through Sahar.
