    Very efficient (Booked day trip to La Palma) We booked a day trip to La Palma through Tenerife First Excursions. Lisa at the booking office could not have been more helpful. She rang the company that actually runs the trip, because, although the volcano had stopped, she advised that it was always best to check the latest details. There isn´t a pick-up service for this excursion so she gave us the number of the local taxi firm and full details of where to go. Would book through them again

    If you are contemplating whether to book the sunset quad biking tour, book it! I honestly cannot recommend it enough, the staff are the loveliest people and the entire tour was beyond my wildest dreams.Hassle free and so enjoyable from start to finish, I would book this tour again in a heartbeat!The pick up was so simple, got a phone call saying they were outside and we hopped on in :) drove us up to the base camp where we were fitted with our jackets and helmets and given gloves as well which weren't needed on this trip but very handy to have nevertheless! Driven around the corner and assigned to a quad bike and off we went!!The views on the way up were phenomenal, there are multiple stops along the way to take photos and have a drink if you need to. Daniel was our driver but also our photographer! The photos he took were incredible and you can purchase them at the end for only €20! Considering you get 200-300 photos as well and they were such high quality it was amazing and a really lovely way to end the trip! What you get is worth so much more than what they charge and I quite happily would have payed doubled for the experience we had, it has exceeded every expectation I had!Lee was our guide who explained everything about the volcanoes etc and he was brilliant! Cannot speak highly enough of him, lovely guy and so so knowledgeable. The stops on the way up had all of the photos taken professionally by Daniel and all of the sites explained by Lee. They were both amazing guys who really seem to love the job which honestly makes all the difference as the love for it really rubs off onto everyone else!After the few stops on the way up we had an amazing view of the sunset and mount tiede in the background. You can take the most amazing photos up here and you are given some biscuits and hot chocolate/cava before heading back down again.Honestly 10000000/10 experience, absolutley phenomenal. Book it if you haven't already!!

    Best Excursion shop in Tenerife Daniel at Tenerife First Excursions is excellent. Top guy who has plenty of time for his customers. We met him in September and booked the Night Star gazing trip tour. A great guy and very professional and knowledgable. He had plenty of time to chat to us. We went to see him again in January and met Sahar and he was so pleased to see us again. So pleased he has opened the new shop in Los Cristianos. The best man who fundraisers so much for the island. He is so very kind in doing so much for Tenerife. Keep up the hard work Daniel see you again in September.

    Book this trip! This trip was great value for money, with beer and a sandwich included. We saw wales, unfortunately no dolphins but we came across a hammerhead shark. We also stopped to swim in a bay… 100% worth the money, if in doubt book the trip!

    The only place to book! Cannot recommend Tenerife First Excursions enough, Mattie is super friendly and very helpful. He booked us on the Viking ragnarok boat. The trip made our holiday it was the best experience. We won’t be booking with anyone else!
