Smooth booking experience with knowledgeable staff! We were enjoying a drink at chill box in PDLA when we saw Tenerife First Excursions next door. Before we went on holiday we knew we wanted to use this company after seeing videos online and all the great feedback they had. We were more determined to use them after we checked into our hotel and the receptionist told us to be aware of a lot of ‘scam’ excursion companies out there. We started speaking to Lorena and she asked if we had any trips planned. We wanted to go to Loro Parque but with it being the other side of the island we weren’t sure how to get there. We looked on our TUI excursions and it said you have to make your own way there and it was ticket price only, so we almost gave it a miss. When we spoke to Lorena she informed me that she could book transfers for us for only €20.50pp. Which is minimal compared to what the taxi fare would of been to go to the other side of the island. I went into the office, booked the excursion all within around 5/10 mins. She printed off all of our tickets and sent a digital version to my phone incase I lost the paper. She then circled on the map where our pick up point was for the transfer and gave me it so we knew exactly where to go. All in all it was just such an easy and smooth experience and will 100% only use Tenerife First Excursions when we go back one day. Loro Parque was amazing as well by the way and definitely worth the 1.5 hour transfer 100000%.

Wow! Fantastic experience :) What an experience is all I can say! Delighted to have chosen to do the jet skis through Tenerife First Excursions. Great to deal with and they offer really good prices. The jet ski company, Extreme Skis Tenerife whom we did the tour with had brand new jet skis and only 4 jet skis per tour which allowed for lots of room to have fun and to go fast! You get to stop off for a lovely swim too. They also take photos and send them to you afterwards without an added cost :) Will definitely book a future tour/activity with you guys. Thanks for a great time!

Experience at the top You can go with your eyes closed. You get your money's worth and have a great time. The return at nightfall is huge. The 180€ to 2 are well worth it. To do absolutely!!!!

Birthday Trip We took a walk along the beach one morning and happened to pass by your shop, where we were greeted by the charming young man, Daniel. We mentioned that we were interested in a boat trip to see whales and dolphins, as it was my husband's 60th birthday, and he recommended the 'Freebird' boat trip. He offered us the option of a 4.5-hour trip, but we chose the shorter 3-hour one, which was perfect for us. The trip was fantastic – it included a meal, a swim stop, and, most importantly, we did see whales!We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely recommend your company, especially Daniel, who was so helpful. We also met his partner, who was working as the receptionist at the hotel where we stayed – she was lovely as well. Thank you for making our day so special!"

Come over from North East England to Tenerife a few times a year and a few weeks over Xmas. Always book tickets through Tenerife First Excursions. Saw Kim last time in Adeje. Always book a few things. Boat trips, quads and Siam Park. Top class service and very friendly. Wouldn’t book anywhere else. Always stay different places so happy they have shops all over now.
