Amazing experience We went at 9:30 since we heard that the animals are more active earlier in the day. The tour was almost private, there were five of us in total, including the captain which was very knowledge and nice. We had been sailing for probably 20 minutes when we saw some bottlenose dolphins and one of them even came up to the boat. As we continued we spotted a turtle but it disappeared rather quickly. Then we sailed to a known pilot whales area where we stopped for a while and spotted around 10 whales. Finally we sailed to a bay, on our way there we saw some more dolphins. There we stopped for drinks and sandwiches, stayed there for 30 minutes and then returned back, very happy with the amount of animals spotted.Side note: even though it's warm outside, make sure to bring something warm with you because it gets cold when sailing.

Sarah is amazing! We were booked for the Opera 60 tour but due to bad weather we had it cancelled a few times. Sarah was super accommodating and we finally got to the trip!

We couldn’t be more grateful for the service we received from Kim! I first saw Tenerife’s first excursions advertised on TikTok, we took a trip down there to get some help on booking a few things to do on our holiday! It’s mine and my partners first holiday together, and my first holiday since being a child, it’s the first time we’ve not had our parents to sort these sort of things for us! We booked loads of different trips! 3h Dolphin and whale watching boat, a try dive which me and my partner were both a little skeptical and worried about but Kim helped us so much and reassured us and even checked in afterwards to see how we found it! We also booked Loro parque and Siam park and buggy’s! Kim has been absolutely amazing and so friendly I couldn’t recommend her enough! Thank you so much again for all your help we really appreciate it! 10/10 service and friendliness

Top excusions, great prices Were given a recommendation for this company and didnt realise we were already following via facebook and tiktok We dealt with Sarah who was very patient and couldnt do enough for us, she recommended some trips and we decided on the 3 hour off road buggy/Tiede tour a buggy for 6 not for the faint hearted but really enjoyed it. We also decided on a private charter excursion on the Galatea boat, when we arrived for a PM sailing some customers were coming off excursions saying how bad the sea was and everyone sea sick, the Captain of the Galatea came and spoke to us and gave us 3 options, go out (wont be enjoyable) postpone or cancel with a full refund. Luckily for us we were here for 2 weeks so we opted to try again the following week im so glad we did, it did not disapoint! The captain was helpful, informative - Soft drinks, water, beer and wine all included along with a tray of sandwiches crisps, snacks and sweets for the kids. We were lucky enough to see some whales and got a chance to do some snorkeling, well worth the money with the added bonus of it being "exclusive" to our family of 6 We also booked jet-ski and parasending with Sarah - no issues Would highly recommend and if was to return to Tenerife would defo use again :)

You can't guarantee the weather! We booked the half-day trip to Mount Teide with Daniel in Los Cristianos, including the cable cars to the top. On the day it was raining and windy, so the cable car part was unfortunately cancelled. Back to kiosk for a refund when we returned and Mark couldn't have been more helpful. No quibbles, swiftly dealt with and the money was back in our account the following day. The trip was still very enjoyable and very informative. Definitely recommend.

Lisa Fay Best Customer Representative For Excursions I can highly recommend Teneriffe First Excursions but would like to highlight their customer service representative Lisa Fay! Teneriffe is packed with various companies trying to sell you excursion packages on the street so we spoke to quite a few whilst walking around, but stopped when Lisa started speaking to us. From the initial introduction of what they have to offer to us making payment of the boat we decided to rent we felt comfortable throughout the process. No hard sales tactics but extremely informative, slight negotiation but definitely to our benefit in comparison to others, extremely professional but fun at the same time. If I ever go back I would definitely contact Lisa again and recommend anyone looking to book a boat ride, volcano tour, quad or buggy rally etc with her.
